NP Krka
If you happen to tire of the seaside, salty water and all that jazz, spend a day swimming in the cool waters of Krka national park that is roughlys two hours away. Basically a protected area of karst canyons and a riverbed with 7 waterfalls along the way, Krka is home to many endagered species, among them several types of predatory birds and bats. Don’t worry, bats will not tangle into your hair, that is just a silly superstition. Birds on the other hand, might bring you dinner, as Krka is a home to only falcon hunting training facility in this part of the world.
